This policy explains what data is processed while you use Okey Vision, why it is processed, and which rights you have over that data.

Veriler hizmeti sunmak, hesabı korumak, reklam göstermek, reklamla analiz hakkı vermek, destek sağlamak ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek için işlenir. Okey Vision kişisel verileri satmaz.
Data is processed to provide the service, protect accounts, show ads, grant rewarded analysis credits, provide support, and prevent abuse. Okey Vision does not sell personal data.
Fotoğrafların model iyileştirme için yüklenmesi varsayılan olarak kapalıdır; kamera analizi için verilen kamera izni bu opsiyonel yükleme rızası yerine geçmez.
Photo upload for model improvement is off by default; camera permission for analysis does not replace this optional upload consent.
5. Rıza, Fotoğraf Kullanımı ve Reklam Tercihleri5. Consent, Photo Usage, and Ad Preferences
Fotoğrafların model iyileştirme amacıyla yüklenmesi varsayılan olarak kapalıdır ve yalnızca açık rızanızla yapılır. Bu rıza uygulama içindeki Ayarlar > Gizlilik bölümünden yönetilebilir.
Photo upload for model improvement is off by default and happens only with your explicit consent. This consent can be managed in Settings > Privacy inside the app.
Reklam rızası ve reklam tercihleri, uygun bölgelerde Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) veya uygulama içindeki reklam gizlilik ayarları üzerinden yönetilebilir.
Ad consent and ad preferences may be managed through Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) in eligible regions or through the ad privacy settings inside the app.
Kamera izni yalnızca kullanıcının istaka görüntüsünü tarayabilmek için istenir. İzin verilmezse kamera tabanlı analiz kullanılamaz.
Camera permission is requested only to scan the user's rack image. If permission is denied, camera-based analysis cannot be used.
6. Veri Saklama Süreleri6. Data Retention
Hesap bilgileri hesabınız aktif olduğu sürece tutulur. Opsiyonel rıza ile yüklenen fotoğraf ve yakalama verileri silme talebi veya hesap silme işlemine kadar saklanır. Cihazdaki yerel veriler uygulama verileri temizlenene veya uygulama kaldırılana kadar kalabilir.
Account information is retained while your account remains active. Photos and capture data uploaded with optional consent are kept until deletion is requested or the account is deleted. Local data may remain on the device until app data is cleared or the app is uninstalled.
7. Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetler, Aktarımlar ve Güvenlik7. Third-Party Services, Transfers, and Security
Kimlik doğrulamada Apple ve Google ile giriş kullanılabilir. Uygulama verileri, kimlik doğrulama, veritabanı ve depolama katmanlarında Supabase altyapısında tutulur.
Authentication may use Sign in with Apple and Google. Application data is stored on Supabase infrastructure for authentication, database, and storage operations.
Reklam gösterimi ve reklam izleyerek analiz hakkı kazanma akışları için Google Mobile Ads / AdMob kullanılabilir. Uygun bölgelerde UMP, reklam rızası ve tercihleri için kullanılır.
Google Mobile Ads / AdMob may be used to display ads and support flows where users can earn analysis credits by watching ads. In eligible regions, UMP is used for ad consent and preferences.
Veriler şifreli bağlantılarla aktarılır. Supabase tarafında rıza ile yüklenen fotoğraflar herkese açık olmayan depolama alanında tutulur.
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections. Photos uploaded with consent are stored in a non-public Supabase storage bucket.
Altyapı gereksinimlerine bağlı olarak, yürürlükteki mevzuata uygun güvenlik önlemleriyle uluslararası veri aktarımı gerçekleşebilir.
Depending on infrastructure requirements, international data transfers may occur under applicable legal safeguards.

9. Hesap Silme ve Veri Silme9. Account Deletion and Data Deletion
Hesap silme işlemi uygulama içinde Ayarlar > Hesap > Sil adımlarından yapılır. Bu işlem hesabınızı, hesabınıza bağlı yakalama kayıtlarını ve açık rıza ile yüklenmiş fotoğrafları silmeyi hedefler. Uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız yardimcistudio@gmail.com üzerinden hesap ve veri silme talebi iletebilirsiniz.
Account deletion is available in Settings > Account > Delete within the app. This process is intended to delete your account, linked capture records, and photos uploaded with explicit consent. If you cannot access the app, you can request account and data deletion at yardimcistudio@gmail.com.
Yasal veya güvenlik gerekçesiyle saklanması gereken sınırlı kayıtlar hariç, silme talepleri makul sürede işlenir.
Except for limited records that must be kept for legal or security reasons, deletion requests are processed within a reasonable time.
10. Çocukların Gizliliği10. Children's Privacy
Okey Vision, 13 yaş altı kullanıcılar için tasarlanmamıştır ve çocuklara yönelik bir uygulama değildir. Böyle bir kullanım tespit edilirse ilgili veriler silinir.
Okey Vision is not intended for users under 13 and is not directed to children. If such use is identified, related data will be deleted.
