2. Hizmet Tanımı2. Service Description
Hesap101, kullanıcıların kamera tabanlı görüntü analiziyle Istakadaki taş düzenini algılamasına yardımcı olan mobil bir hizmettir. Sunulan sonuçlar yardımcı amaçlıdır.
Hesap101 is a mobile service that helps users detect rack tile layouts through camera-based visual analysis. Results are provided for assistive purposes.
Sonuçlar her durumda mutlak doğruluk garantisi vermez; kullanıcı çıktıları kendi değerlendirmesiyle kullanmalıdır.
Outputs are not guaranteed to be perfectly accurate in all cases; users remain responsible for evaluating and using results appropriately.
3. Uygunluk ve Hesap Güvenliği3. Eligibility and Account Security
13 yaşın altındaki kullanıcılar hizmeti kullanamaz. Apple/Google ile girişte hesap bilgilerinin korunması kullanıcı sorumluluğundadır.
Users under 13 are not allowed to use the service. When signing in with Apple or Google, account credential safety is the user's responsibility.
4. Kullanıcı İçeriği ve Lisans4. User Content and License
Uygulamaya yüklediğiniz içerikler için gerekli haklara sahip olduğunuzu beyan edersiniz. Hizmeti sunabilmemiz için içerikler üzerinde sınırlı, devredilemez ve telifsiz bir işleme izni sağlarsınız.
You represent that you have the rights required for content you upload. To provide the service, you grant a limited, non-transferable, royalty-free license to process that content.

- Uploading unlawful content or violating third-party rights
- Abusing, attacking, or disrupting the service through automation
- Using the service for deceptive or harmful activity

Kişisel verilerin işlenmesi Gizlilik Politikası kapsamında yürütülür.
Processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.
Opsiyonel model iyileştirme süreçlerinde veri kullanımı açık rıza gerektirir; rıza ayarları uygulama içinden değiştirilebilir.
Optional model improvement uses explicit consent, and consent settings can be changed from inside the app.

Gelecekte ücretli özellikler sunulursa ödeme, abonelik ve iptal koşulları ilgili uygulama mağazasının şartlarına tabidir.
If paid features are introduced, billing, subscription, and cancellation terms are subject to the relevant app store policies.

Hesap101'in özellikleri, kapsamı veya teknik altyapısı zaman içinde güncellenebilir, değiştirilebilir veya sonlandırılabilir.
Hesap101 features, scope, and technical infrastructure may be updated, changed, or discontinued over time.
9. Garanti Reddi ve Sorumluluk Sınırı9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Hizmet "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Mevzuatın izin verdiği ölçüde, dolaylı veya sonuçsal zararlardan geliştirici sorumlu tutulamaz.
The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Askıya Alma ve Sonlandırma10. Suspension and Termination
Bu koşullara aykırı kullanım durumunda hesaba erişim geçici olarak askıya alınabilir veya tamamen sonlandırılabilir.
Access may be temporarily suspended or fully terminated in case of violations of these terms.
